Well, it ain't pretty, but I was able to hack together the German and French
versions of the Wikimedia fundraising page (my OS messes up the Chinese
characters so I could not do that one). I don't speak either of these
languages so the results may be amusing (especially the page titles). The
HTML lives here:

http://meta.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geldbeschaffung (German)

http://meta.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobilisation_de_fonds (French)

I used Google translator to get the page names, so please move these pages to
the correct title if needed. Also edit the text to improve it (the text is
mostly from the donation pages on the German and French Wikipedias). There
also seems to be a bunch of information at
http://wikimediafoundation.org/fundraising that is not yet on the German and
French versions. Please update as needed.

For now, the best way to edit these pages (which are raw HTML) is with an HMTL
editor such as Dreamweaver. With a little clean-up of the HTML, editing by
hand shouldn't be too bad.

Once the page titles are corrected I'll ask a developer to make the HTML on
these page display on the Wikimedia Foundation website. Then when those pages
are deemed OK, they will be linked from
http://wikimediafoundation.org/fundraising and directly from a "Donations"
link (correctly translated) on the German and French Wikipedias. When that
happens these pages will have to be protected for security reasons (anyone
who is an Admin on any Wikimedia project can become an Admin on meta simply
by asking Brion at
http://meta.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Brion_VIBBER/Todo_list#Sysops ).

We also need translations/language versions of this text:

Find out how you can help support Wikipedia's phenomenal growth.

So that it can be displayed on every page (just like on en.Wikipedia) during
our upcoming fundraising drive.
