annoying polish bot

Hello,

Someone from Poland started a bot which _tries_ to create interlanguage
links. I wouldn't care if they would mess up polish wikipedia but they
started to generate havoc on other wikipedias (including our well beloved
hungarian one, and as I noticed netherlanders aren't really happy either).

Their bot (anonymous naturally, so nobody seem to know where does it come
from) started to create empty articles, which doesn't make me happy since we
do not want empty articles, so I have to delete them by hand, one by one,
since cannot rollback freshly created articles. (maybe this is something to
consider as a wanted feature: rollback-like delete submissions? aargh!)
So far we only had some, but I don't know what i'll gonna do when they start
to create all years article from 10000 BC to 2003 AD. :-((

Please don't do that. If you wanna run a bot on a wikipedia, ask someone
there whether they want it to change "their" 'pedia. It's not nice to
force your ideas on others.
