Blocking logged in users in the non-english wikis

You can already ban logged in users on fr:, it's just that no-one bothered to tell the French that. It's just a matter of translating the interface. For example where it used to say "blocked IP addresses", it should now say "blocked users" or "blocked usernames and IP addresses". To block someone right now, go to [[fr:Special:Blockip]], and type their username into the IP box. It's pretty likely that this is the situation on all the non-English wikis. I should reiterate that this feature should only be used for preventing "simple vandalism", or enforcing bans approved by Jimbo. -- Tim Starling.
