who are also lawyers, ultimately, a federative
structure would be great.

They gave me the exemple of the Lyons Club, which is a
federation of multiple national Lyons Club (with each
ational Lyons Club itself being a federation of local
clubs in the country), with the "siege social" (dunno
how to translate this, the central point) in the USA.

Each club is handling is own affairs, financially in
particular (but money movements naturally occur, since
that is one of the goals of the Club :-)). But all the
clubs are united by a common concept and charter.

Sort of like Wikipedias I guess
