I think you misunderstood the word 'recommend'. Recommending means something like 'declare suitable'. So what Jimbo was asking for is other people from it: who say, "Yes, she would be a good person to be a sysop over here." If you have asked it on the mailing list and got enthousiasm, it should not be hard to find such people. Just his way to ensure that your candidating is indeed supported by at least some of the other Italian Wikipedians. Andre Engels
