Mmh, "lt" is language code for Lithuanian, not for Italian (which is "it").

Other wikipedias are up and running, and if I understood it correctly,
they all share the same servers; so the problem may be a database problem

or maybe a DNS problem?

It is not such an error; it's different one; and it shows only for
Lithuanian; other languages are ok.
