it took some days until I've find out how to post the issue here, therefore
It was me who wrote "currently offline" just trying to get somebody's
attention at this problem. Lithuanian wikipedia has only a few articles, so
I thought maybe it was decided that the project should be discontinued. I am
quite new to wikipedia, therefore I had these questions, which for old
wikipedians might look strange.
