Almost all of the people I met in the Czech Republic
and Slovenia (including experienced Internet users)
did not know that the language codes for Czech and
Slovene were cs and sl respectively when their country
codes are cz and si! I even got confused when I found
out that the country code for Sweden was se and the
language code was sv... and I have to work with these
codes everyday at work in our organization's database
(I volunteer full-time for the World Esperanto Youth
Organization) and on different multilingual websites.
Let's face it, these codes are VERY confusing, even
for those of us who work with them everyday.

So basically, I want to say that we should try to
accomodate for all users, because most only know the
country code of their country. That's what people say
everywhere on the ads that bombard them everyday.

Best wishes,
Chuck
