Is there a way to make lt.wikipedia.org load in baltic (windows) encoding by
default, cause now at least IE and mozilla loads it in western european
encoding, which makes those pages look odd, unless you manually set baltic
encoding? I've seen some article there, which use only english letters
probably because think it is not possible to write there in proper
lithuanian.
