Is it technicaly possible to use 3 letters ? If it's so, why not
LanguageAls.php ? Als is great...
I think Alatian has no need of UTF-8. It use no french accents nor german
umlaut

To Alexis: What would be the name of Alsacian in Alsacian (for the
Language.php-files)?
