ADMIN list config change

Hi,

If you do not know it, I am the list admin of this list.

I recieve every day many postings about posting hold for moderation
because the are done by non-listmembers. Almost only spam.

I have changed the settings so now when you send a message to this list
and you are not a listmember you get this message back;

"You are not allowed to post to this mailing list, and your message has
been automatically rejected.  If you think that your messages are
being rejected in error, contact the mailing list owner at
[email protected]"

If you object to this change and like spam let met know so you be the list
admin.
