On the French Wikipedia we discussed a lot about what is the better place to
put those links and in which form (1 line or 1 column). There are many pros
and cons for all those possibility, but my conclusion is Interwiki are
bothering at any place in the article. Interwiki links are not part of
article contents, so in my point of view, they have better to be edited in a
separated text box (for example a new text bar between article' and summary'
box).
