The problem is synchronization.

If converting from greek/cyrillic may be easy; the other way is not
(as there are things that you want not to convert).
Also, particularly in cyrillic, there may be things that are not
easily convertible (eg the native name of someone or some place in
Ucrainia can have letters not used in Serbian; a conversion back and
forth will destroy it).

While for reading it may be useful; contributions in mixed alphabet
will probably hurt.
