First, we do have Croatian [[hr:]] and Bosnian [[bs:]] Wikipedias;
I don't know how different the langauges are today.
Also, there's a Serbocroatian [[sh:]] Wikipedia that never got started
but is still available for colonisation by old Jugoslavs. ^_^

But to get the single Serbian [[sr:]] Wikipedia in both alphabets,
I'd suggest looking at the Chinese [[zh:]] Wikipedia's experience.
They're using both traditional and simplified characters there.
Hopefully, one of them will respond, since I know very little about it. ^_^
