What I meant was that the /current/ wiki at <sh.wikipedia.org>
has never been begun as a version of Wikipedia.
There was a /past/ wiki at <sh.wikipedia.com>,
and it was moved (as you say) to <bs.wikipedia.org>.
So the past [[sh:]] Wikipedia is the current [[bs:]] Wikipedia.
Yet there is a wiki (unused) already set up for a new [[sh:]] Wikipedia,
at <sh.wikipedia.org>.
