Yes; it seems they were all converted (I didn't tested all the ones
listed in the page "en:Wikipedia:Complete list of language wikis
available" however).

The two-letter ones seem all ok, with a few exceptions:
br (Breton) and mt (Maltese) aren't created.

The three-letter ones are almos all inexistent, with
the exceptions of als (Alsatian) and nah (Nahuatl) (and maybe some
others; I didn't tested all 3-letter ones)

Of course, "existing" doesn't mean active, and a lot have yet to start;
the good thing is that now the *can* start (with previous version of
the software it was impossible for languages not using iso-8859-1 to
work correctly). 

So, as it seems now things are going ok, and that the variosu server
problems previously have ended; I think I'll ask for switching
Walloon wikipedia to wa.wikipedia.org
... who should I contact in order to coordinate the move and details?
