Requests (Logo, Lang)

Hello,

could someone update the language file for the bulgarian Wikipedia 
(meta:LanguageBg.php). I am aware of the MediaWiki namespace, but there are 
changes outside the $wgAllMessages array.

There is also a logo-problem by :bg - the logo is not showing 
(http://bg.wikipedia.org/upload/wiki-bg.png). I've checked the directory 
http://bg.wikipedia.org/upload/ and saw that the image file wiki-bg.png exists 
there but has a size of 0 bytes. Recently I've uploaded a new version of the 
logo made by User:Nohat - meta:Image:Wiki_bg.png.
