Freiheitsideologie

Could a German speaker please look at the article [[Freiheitsideologie]] 
in Wikisource.  It is put there by an "anonymous" contributor who 
credits the work to Stephan Dörner.  This appears to be a piece of 
self-promotion by the contributor.  He contributes on the German 
Wikipedia as [[Benutzer:Hagbard]]

I am inclined to delete this from Wikisource on the basis that it is not 
a source document.  (Maybe Wikibooks will take it?)  My understanding og 
German, however, is too rudimentary for me to feel confident about such 
a decision.
