adminship request for hr:

Hi,

As discussed at http://hr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Glavna_stranica, for those
who can read it, I'd like to request administrator privileges for the hr
Wikipedia (Croatian) in order to be able to fix problems in the existing
translation of the interface, and probably finish the translation.

I have a short history of contributions to Wikipedia in that language but
I've made many hundreds of edits in the English one so I think that it would
be fairly safe to trust me when I promise that I will not abuse the
privilege. :)
