Logo for Interlingua Wikipedia

I have translated the wiki.png image to bear the text "Le Encyclopedia 
Libere" ("The Free Encyclopedia" in Interlingua) and uploaded it to 
ia.wikipedia.org.

But it didn't replace the original wiki.png image, whose address is:

   http://ia.wikipedia.org/upload/wiki.png

Instead, it became

   http://ia.wikipedia.org/upload/b/bc/Wiki.png

What should I do? Is this FAQ-type answer posted anywhere?
