Ok, so no we don't and it's not possible, except for unregistered users. 
We have something for edits, though: 
<http://stats.wikimedia.org/wikimedia/squids/SquidReportPageEditsPerLanguageBreakdown.htm> 
It should be good enough if we assume that the proportion of edits which 
are article creations doesn't differ hugely from country to country.
There's an ongoing discussion about producing more breakdowns of 
aggregated data on editors at

if you're interested.
