makes recommendations about how to allocate Wikimedia movement funds to
eligible entities. There are five positions on the committee being filled.

The *FDC Ombudsperson
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Grants:APG/Funds_Dissemination_Committee/Ombudsperson_role,_expectations,_and_selection_process>*
receives
complaints and feedback about the FDC process, investigates complaints at
the request of the Board of Trustees
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Wikimedia_Foundation_Board_of_Trustees>,
and summarizes the investigations and feedback for the Board of Trustees on
an annual basis. One position is being filled.
