Hi, I would like to try to raise money to pay for someone else to do this:

https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Accuracy_review

I am trying to raise money for that and to help pay human labor performing
the same task:

I have the names and addresses of literally hundreds of qualified leads,
all of whom have been screened against an editing task assessment.

To try to solve three problems at once, I am also interested in funding
quantitative English language assessment for the Global Learning XPRIZE:

http://learning.xprize.org/teams

This is a different effort but I believe it would best be done at the same
time and by the same management, so I mention it here.

Therefore, I intend to create such a bot which will be designed to assist
the Simple English Wikipedia. When it is ready for evaluation, I will email
here again.

In the mean time I would like to know what you think about these efforts.
Ideally there are people out there who will create IdeaLab proposals from
them on Meta.

Best regards,
Jim Salsman
