Hi,

Such a project started already. It's in the "incubator" stage. See

Several things need to happen for this project to acquire its own domain,
probably arq.wikipedia.org , but the most important thing is that this
project needs to have active writers. The current writing activity is low:

If you write there more, it will be eventually approved.
