Re: New version of Python Wikipediabot Framework

I accidentily hit send when I wasn't ready yet... Here is what I had not
included yet.

interwiki.py:
* Now handles sections correctly. It used to be that the bot did not see
links to sections correctly unless the section title contained only
non-space ASCII characters. It should now work for all sections.

for programmers:
* Page.getReferences() gets a parameter redirectsOnly, to only show
redirects to the page
* Page.getVersionHistory() also gives the oldid of the old versions
* Colours can now be used on input as well as output

general:
* Adapted to changes in MediaWiki
* Moving and deleting pages are now throttled
