Jag har sagt det förr: Den typen av lösning ska inte införas när det är 
en akut eller aktuell situation. Om SK inte inrättats (och det har den 
ju inte) när ett fall som den ska tänkas avhandla dyker upp, bör någon 
SK inte inrättats förrän problemet lösts på "det gamla sättet" (vad det 
nu är).

Man bör aldrig införa nya regler för att klara ett aktuellt fall.
