There's a Patch Demo-specific mailing list ([email protected]; https://lists.wikimedia.org/postorius/lists/patchdemo.lists.wikimedia.org/) in case that matches the type of thing you're looking for (though I'm not sure whether that's mainly for announcements, or if it can be used for questions/discussions as well).
