I don't think that part was ever a link. The gerritbot comments always 
only had a single link to the patch being uploaded or merged (and a link 
to gerritbot's own Phabricator profile, which is still accessible by 
clicking on the avatar/icon). There is no link to the Gerrit profile of 
the patch author or approver, although it would be neat if there was one.
