php form widget

Hi. Maybe somebody knows, is there some type of field that I can use in the
php Cloner that allows multiple input, like in tokens? Even without choice
or autocomplete, because as far as I know every line should be the same in
the Cloner, and in my case it would request different options in different
lines. But at least something to insert a list of strings. Thank you.
