Per T426563 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T426563>, we will be
rebooting the production hosts for gerrit.wikimedia.org,
gitlab.wikimedia.org, and integration.wikimedia.org tomorrow morning
between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM UTC.
