Hello,

I have converted old MediaWiki release branches (REL_*) to tags. I have 
done it on mediawiki/core as well as all extensions and skins present in 
Gerrit.

Yesterday I have converting REL1_39, REL1_40, REL1_41, REL1_42 (T428864 
<https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T428864>) and also converted any old 
branches (down to REL1_20) for all extensions (which I have missed last 
year (T380841 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T380841>).

To update your local copies:

git fetch origin --prune

And for the superprojects mediawiki/extensions and mediawiki/skins, 
instruct fetch to prune old branches:

git -c fetch.prune=1 submodule update --init
