[Breaking Change] Action API: "extension" tag source removed from ApiQueryTags

Hello,
In MediaWiki 1.42, within the list=tag API query module, the tag source
type named "extension" was renamed to "software" [1]. The "extension"
entries were made to still appear alongside "software" in the tag source
list but were deprecated [2][3]. A patch to remove this compatibility
behavior was merged, meaning that the "extension" entries will no longer
appear. This change is expected to roll out in 1.47.0-wmf.12. See
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.47/Roadmap for a schedule of
deployment to Wikimedia wikis.
