We have completed the upgrade of the deployment hosts to Debian Bookworm,
so we will switch the active deployment server back to the (now all shiny
and fresh) deploy1003.eqiad.wmnet tomorrow, *Wednesday, July 22 at
17:00=E2=80=9318:00 UTC*.

Note that the host key will change, both for the alias
deployment.eqiad.wmnet if you use it, *and* for deploy1003.eqiad.wmnet (as
the host has been reinstalled). You may want to run
wmf-update-known-hosts-production if you get errors/warnings.
