We are delighted to announce that the International Conference on Bilevel Optimization (ICBO) 2026 will be jointly hosted by the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt) and Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), with Bo Zeng (Pitt) and Ramteen Sioshansi (CMU) serving as Co-Chairs.

Conference Overview

Dates: 2–5 August 2026
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

The first day of the conference will feature a tutorial or summer school on specialized sub-areas of bilevel optimization, followed by the main conference program over the subsequent three days.

We warmly invite your participation—whether by organizing thematic sessions or submitting contributed presentations. Abstract submissions will open on January 1, 2025, with detailed instructions and deadlines to be announced soon.
