Dear All, The 12th edition of the 2-days workshop “Data Structures in Bioinformatics” (DSB) will take place in Venice (Italy) on February 18-19th, 2026: https://dsb-meeting.github.io/DSB2026/ The workshop "Data Structures in Bioinformatics" is an annual scientific meeting at the crossroads of computer science and biology. It is a unique forum to discuss compact data structures and algorithms in the context of data processing for the life sciences. Topics include string algorithms and combinatorics, data structures, algorithms for genome/pangenome/metagenome/transcriptome/... analysis.
