We are pleased to release the Second Announcement of the International Conference on Bilevel Optimization (ICBO), which will take place August 2-5, 2026, CMU - University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, USA.

Abstract Submission
The abstract submission window is open from January 1, 2026 to March 1, 2026. We warmly invite researchers and practitioners to submit abstracts presenting original contributions in bilevel optimization, including theory, algorithms, and applications. Detailed submission instructions are available on the conference website.

Keynote (Plenary) Speakers
ICBO 2026 will feature the following outstanding plenary speakers:
