Dear Colleagues, We are pleased to release the Third Announcement of the International Conference on Bilevel Optimization (ICBO 2026). Extension Deadline of Abstract Submission NEW DEADLINE: APRIL 1, 2026 The abstract submission deadline has been extended to April 1, 2026. Acceptance decisions will be announced by the first week of April 2026. Submission Portal: CMT Login (Search ICBO 2026 after login)<https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FConference%2FRecent> After login, search for “ICBO” — one of the results is: International Conference on Bilevel Optimization 2026. Registration Scheme (Opening Soon) • Early registration (on or before June 15, 2026): $300 (and Student: $150) • Regular registration (until August 1, 2026): $450 (and Student: $200) • The summer school is free for conference registrants. For participants attending the summer school only, the fee is $100.
