Dear colleagues,

The 31st IEEE International Workshop on Computer‑Aided Modeling and Design
of Communication Links and Networks (CAMAD 2026)
<https://camad2026.ieee-camad.org/> is open for submissions. This workshop
will be held *7–9 September 2026 in Nicosia, Cyprus* and will provide a
forum on modeling, analysis, and design approaches for communication
systems.

*Topics of interest*

IEEE CAMAD 2026, is soliciting papers including (but not limited to) the
following areas:


   - Technologies towards Beyond-5G and 6G networks
   - Millimeter-wave, sub-THz, and THz communications and channel modeling
   - Digital Twin–driven networks. Data-driven modeling, validation, and
   real-time control
   - AI-native and data-driven networking.
   - Federated learning, distributed learning, and networked edge
   intelligence
   - Zero-touch network & system management, orchestration, and autonomous
   operations
   - Network slicing, multi-tenant networks, and end-to-end service
   orchestration
   - e-Health / WBAN / IoT/Industry 5.0 connectivity modeling
   - Green management of communication networks
   - Optical Communications & Fiber Optics for B5G and 6G networks
   - Multimedia QoS/QoE
   - Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces and smart radio environments
   - Non-terrestrial networks SDN/NFV architectures, softwarization,
   programmability, and cloud/edge-native networking
   - QoS/QoE modeling, traffic engineering, and multimedia/service
   performance management
   - Energy efficiency, sustainability, and green networking
   - Τrust, security, privacy, and resilience by design
   - Quantum communications and post-quantum security considerations for
   future networks
   - Testbeds, experiments, prototype implementations, and validation of
   simulation models with measurements
   - Smart Grids: Communication, Modeling and Design
