Dear colleagues, We would like to invite submissions to the Special Issue "Operations Research in Wildfire Management" in the International Transactions in Operational Research (ITOR). This special issue of the International Transactions in Operational Research (ITOR) focuses on addressing Wildfire Management (WM) problems with OR models, methods and tools. Both theoretical and practical contributions are welcome if they address wildfire-related decision/optimisation problems in any WM phase, such as prevention, preparedness, detection, suppression and recovery. Submission deadline: September 30, 2026.
