Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that ADFOCS'26 will take place on August
10-14, 2026.

ADFOCS is a five-day summer school hosted annually by MPI-Informatics in
Saarbrücken, Germany. This year's edition will focus on the question:

What foundational theoretical knowledge should a machine learning
researcher have?

The school is aimed at early-career researchers, including master's
students, PhD students, and postdocs. It is also suitable for
participants with no prior background in machine learning.

This year's speakers are leading experts in theoretical computer science
and machine learning theory:

  * Kasper Green Larsen (Aarhus University)
  * Ankur Moitra (MIT)
  * David Woodruff (CMU / Google)

The program will also include a poster session and other opportunities
for discussion and networking.
