Tom and REDO

Hello,

Despite having missed the train from Nancy to get there, Tom managed 
to successfully defend his thesis in Bath. The title is `A General 
View of Normalisation Through Atomic Flows'.

Also: there will be the second REDO workshop in Nancy next week, and 
everybody is invited:
