VirginiaLake 2.01

Hello,

I've put online version 2.01 of VirginiaLake: =

Compared to the previous version, these are the improvements:

1) compatibility with PdfTeX,
2) compatibility with Beamer,
3) support for open deduction,
4) more accurate and one order of magnitude faster rendering of atomic =
flows,
5) more rationally named macros for atomic flows.

As a consequence of 5, the new version is not compatible with the =
previous one over atomic flows. To convert to the new version one needs =
to change some macro names and possibly move some elements.
