Professor John Nash and myself are helping to coordinate an open source 
mini
track within a conference entitled International conference on 
e-government.
October 27-28 2005 in Ottawa. I am attaching the call for papers with this
email.  Although the abstracts are due shortly I am more than willing to
consider the full papers after this date.
