Sharing Thoughts!-An open source initiative

I am a student of Jaypee institute of information technology and working on Open Source GPS(global positioning system) It is being developed in java and licensed under GPL hence i request to u all who have a willingness to contribute or in a way want to share their valuable thoughts with me so that we can create something really efficient and can say proudly that open source community can bring wonders which  proprietorship can never achieve.The project outline is hosted on http://military-gps.sourceforge.net/ and the detailed summary can be had from https://sourceforge.net/projects/military-gps.
