My appologies for cross posting Dear all I am new to this list, but I was hoping that some of you could help me with my research about the use of Free / Open Source software in the social economy. A massive amount of anecdotal evidence exists already about voluntary, not for profit and social enterprise sector organisations that struggle with Information and Communications Technology (ICT), but so far very little research exists. Does new developments in Free and Open Source Software (OSS), such as NGO-in a box, change the picture? Please consider taking 10 minutes to answer the questionnaire on www.ict.socialvote.com. Your opinion counts. The results will be made publicly available and distributed to anyone who is interested. The study is carried out by Karl Monsen, a final year student from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. For more details, please see www.ict.socialvote.com. You are welcome to forward this to anyone else who you might think would be interested. Thank you very much for your help.
