Dear expert,

My name is Trond Undheim. I work with the Norwegian Board of Technology, an
independent, public think tank. We are currently setting up a global
country watch on Open Source policy:
http://www.teknologiradet.no/html/579.htm To go directly to the Open Source
country list: http://www.teknologiradet.no/html/592.htm

You get this email because I believe you have valuable policy insight.

What I am asking you to do is the following:
- check the information provided about the country and policy you work
with, or may have studied in some detail
- send me contact details, and/or forward this email to people in charge of
Open Source policy or related areas
- provide the exact context of a given policy, send key papers, or provide
other relevant insight

Please send any updates or corrections to: [email protected] - and
do keep me posted on policy changes.

I appreciate your effort to make this country watch an important public
policy tool to all of you. A full report including policy challenges,
realistic options, and consequences will be available online by June 2004,
sent free-of-charge to all respondents, and presented before the Norwegian
Parliament.
