How to upload files in Postgres in Openuss

Hi Lofi,
    we are using openuss for our internal courses, our websie is 
http://evidyapeeth.cdacindia.com. we are planning to migrate the database 
from mysql to posgresql 7.4. we are unable to upload files into the database, 
we have made changes in the relative database fields, instead of long blob in 
mysql , we are using OID in postgresql. Pls tell us what is going wrong in 
uploading the file
