You should find a way to make this dependency optional: I think most of the
people using OCL don't use netcdf, and then do not need it!

You should have pushed both commits (the one for autoproj and the one
adding netcdf to the the OCL deps) at the same time, since now it breaks
compiling OCL master branch for autoproj users!
