Some questions about the code in DeploymentComponent.cpp

Hi.

Could you give me some answers on the following points :
 - DeploymentComponent.cpp line 1976 : why don't you pass comp_name to the RTT::Activity ctor ?
 - DeploymentComponent.cpp line1987 to 1989 : isn't it redundant with the lines 1968-1969 ? I think that this condition will never met.
