test output with ORO_LOGLEVEL=Debug

I've successfully compiled the Toolchain (toolchain-2.6 branch) on MacOSX
10.6.8 using boost 1.53 and OmniORB,

when running the corba_test it appears to hang during destruction, see the
output attached. Also the type repository seems to be broken on my setup since
the types and transports are clearly loaded as seen in the debug output but the
types cannot be found.
